here my recipes...like promised!!

bechamel

========
5 Tbls. unsalted butter/margarine

1/3 cup All purpose flour

Milk

1/2 tsp. Kosher salt

1/4 tsp. White pepper



Preparation

Melt butter over medium-low heat.


Whisk in flour to make a roux. Cook and stir 2 minutes.


Gradually add milk into roux. Stir constantly to prevent sticking and cook until thick, about 10 minutes.


after i added precooked(in water) mushrooms , precooked sliced ham and swiss shredded cheese ( quantities just what you prefer)






Crêpes ( today i did 2 x these quantities)
=======
250 gr flour
1/2 l.milk
3 eggs
1 spoon oil
1 tea spoon sugar
some salt( very little)
mix everything together
