Calendar
There is a calendar in the forum. On the Top menu, click on calendar.
If you entered your birthday in the profile setting section, your username will be displayed on the calendar.
You can also see spontaneous activities organized by members on the calendar. It can help you to know what is going on, to join a group or to post at the right topic. It can also help you to fix the day of your own activity without time conflict.
BUT, every organizer has to fill the calendar if we want the calendar to work well. It didn’t matter because we didn’t have so many activities. However, we are starting to have more and more activities, which is not a bad news, and we are starting to have time conflict…
So to check the calendar, just click on the calendar on the top menu. The calendar of the current month will be displayed. Use the
drop-down menu to select another month.
To add an event:
When you create a new topic to suggest an activity, type your title and your post then scroll down the editor page.
Fill the calendar section (at least the day) then send. The title of your event will be displayed on the calendar.
Only the writer of the topic can add an event. But the writer can add an event anytime after posting the topic:
Open your topic, go to your first post, and click on the edit button (top right of your post).
Scroll down the editor page, you can then add your event on the calendar (you can also modify your text), then send.
