I've been asked what to bring... If you want, you can bring a dessert or beverage.

Yi-Rung will buy the ingredients for the dumplings and we will share the cost.

【Spinach Stuffing】
Ingredients: Ground pork 1 lb (one box), water 1/4 C, Chopped Spinach 10oz (one bag)
Seasoning: Soy sauce 1T, Sesame oil 1T, Chopped green onion 1T, Chopped ginger 1T, Salt 1/2 t
Method: Combine pork and water; stir 1 minute. Add seasonings; mix well. Squeeze out excess water from chopped Spinach and add to pork mixture; mix well.

【Cabbage Stuffing】
Ingredients: Ground pork 2 lb, water 1/4 C, Cabbage big one
Seasoning: Soy sauce 2T, Sesame oil 2T, Chopped green onion 2T, Chopped ginger 2T, Salt 1t
Method: Chop cabbage and stir in 2t of salt; set aside for 20mins. Combine pork and water; stir 1 minute. Add seasonings; mix well. Squeeze out excess water from chopped cabbage and add to pork mixture; mix well.

【Dumpling Wrapper】
Ingredients: Flour 6C, Salt 1/2t, Water 2C
Method: Mix all the ingredients until smooth; then rest 15 minutes. Roll in small round wraps.
