Quilting Exhibit
Beginning June 13 through August 15 "Nancy Crow: Works from 1988-2008" by renowned American quilter Nancy Crow will exhibit at Carnegie Mellon University's Regina Gouger Miller Gallery. Hours are 11:30 AM to 5:00 PM Tuesday through Sunday. Admission is free. Having exhibited at the Smithsonian's Renwick Gallery in Washington, we are fortunate to have 55 of her exquisite quilts on display. This exhibit will compliment what we learned at IWAP. For more information you can call 412.263.1925 or visit www.cmu.edu/millergallery. Enjoy the Summer!

Re: Quilting Exhibit
This sounds interesting. Could you give me directions to the gallery as I don't know any of the Carnegie Mellon buildings?
Thanks,
Katherine

Sounds nice, I could go and admire what I won't ever be able to do...or in an other life....

Re: Quilting Exhibit
I just checked out the website (http://millergallery.cfa.cmu.edu/~miller/exhibitions/) and it looks like her quilts are very non-traditional. I'm still planning to go see them sometime though.

Re: Quilting Exhibit
Martine,
you don't have to make a quilt, you can always buy one that somebody else made and enjoy it.
