the summer was long....i hope to be able to be there on the 2 first meetings..my parents arrive on sept 8th and should stay upto spet 21st.....will see
but i will be very happy to see everybody again...

I agree summer was long, but thankfully not too hot (bad for my tomatoes but nice for me).

Is this the first time your parents visit Pittsburgh? Do bring your Mum to our meeting. You are one of the best persons to show outsiders Pittsburgh they will have a wonderful visit.

Pittsburgh is going to be the center of the media-world, it will be very interesting and for once, I'll watch tv....

For now, I'm still in the south of France where tomatoes are incredibly good Yasmeen and really red !

Hi everyone!

I know I'm a very bad old member who doesn't give much news... But I've now started a new life in France, my baby boy Candide is doing great (7months) and I joined new activities here. I'm a big fan of step! Aquagym! Japanese cooking class! And finally I invest a lot of myself in a public library for children. Its great fun!
But nothing will ever be as nice and international as IWAP! I miss it a lot over here...Nobody speaks english and I must be the only one who lived abroad...

I hope your registration for this year went well! Was it ok to print out new leaflet and name tags? I'm so happy to see that the blog and the forum are still having quite a success! Its really great. By the way who is the new chairman?

As martine said over here the media talks a lot about Pittsburgh! But they pronounce it so badly.... I hope the G20 will not cause too many trouble in the city. Its always a big thing!

I don't have much time to come and say hi but I'm still following the Iwap life from far far away... I discovered that now there's a direct flight Pittsburgh to Paris! Incredible!

I must say I'm still < in-between > in my new life...but we were in the South for a long time and now that we are back in Nancy, I'm ready to find something to enjoy, nothing like Iwap for sure but....I'll try.

I'd love to come, of course...leaving Paris at 10:00 in the morning and arriving in Pittsburgh around 2:00 Pm sounds too good ! Furthermore, Nancy is at 1:20 mn from Paris with the tgv....but right now, I'm not planning any trip.Later on, I hope.
