our german friend alexandra just had her baby

here the announcement i received

"

Dear friends,

taking the concept of gender mainstreaming seriously, we have just added another member to the Papperitz family.

Baby boy James Christopher Papperitz arrived in good condition (Weight: 3560g, Length: 52cm) on December 28th, 2009 at Pittsburgh's Magee-Womens Hospital. He has been warmly welcomed by two very excited big sisters, the happy mother and the family's Equal Opportunity Commissioner.
