Craft Group
Hello Ladies,
A number of people have expressed an interest in taking part in a craft group. I would just like some suggestions about how we should organise this. My thinking is that it could take place once a month at members homes. Everybody could bring the knitting, or sewing that they are working on. Perhaps we could have it late morning and people can either bring food to share or a brown bag lunch of their own.
If people can share their ideas that would be great. I propose that we could meet in March at my house. What day of the week would be best for everyone?
Many thanks for any feed back.
Katherine

Re: Craft Group
Hi,
Really really nice the stroller!!!!
I was thinking to do the same thing to my place (my place is also open!)......so Katherine, It's a great idea!!!!
I thought about organizing a Craft day with a theme......for example a "Baby Day" (because I love the staff for Baby and children so I can give some advices and ideas), I know that a lot of women are expecting a baby or the people who want to do a gift, etc.... but I think your idea is more general and less limited and the people will be more interested.
Friday are really good for me but I can try an other day ( !!!I am just taking now more English classes).
Thanks Katherine ...you do it (euh! I don't know in this case if I can say that in English).
Bye Bye

That's a great idea....I'll be back the second week of March, but it's already very busy with Global links and the fieldtrip to the Aviary.
By the way Catherine, nice photo...you seem ready !....

Craft Group
Hi Katherine,
I've finally managed to make it onto the forum- had to wrestle Marcus' laptop off him though.
Definitely interested in joining the craft group and happy to host at my house- although can I be towards the end of the list as still have no house contents. However, we've had an e mail to say that they are in the US with customs so hopefully not much longer! (Famous last words!).
Any day is fine for me.
See you Thursday.
Louise

Re: Craft Group
hi katherine!
I'm also in for some craft!
I prefer Wednesday, Monday, and Friday but if its Tuesday I'll arrange my schedule no problem!
I'd do anything for some craft!

Hi Katherine,
Thanks for asking! Except Wednesday, other days are fine for me. I am totally new to knitting and sewing but I would like to learn.
