cooking art....continuing....

we had this week a little cooking class at my house...chocolate mousse....
i had really a good time...and i believe that the otherones had too...
i think that we should organize another cooking class..
.
i know that not everybody has the space home to do it....no problemo...we could do it again at my house....but we could do it too at the house of another member...i don't want to impose myself !!roll:
is somebody ready to learn us an easy recipe from her country....and after we could all eat together ( potluck) and chat....
don't be shy or afraid...
.we organize this kind of activity to have the opportunity to meet eachothers more often... :
so please suggest something...

thats a very good idea. I would like to do some cooking. And we can do it at my place. But i think its maybe too far (Moon twp)
I don't know if someone wants to drive to this area.
Maybe we can arrange something else but i like the idea to do it again.
I hope we get some response and ideas.

Hi everbody,
do you like low fat cakes?? In The Netherlands we have special EIERKOEKEN (eggscakes).
If somebody is interested, we can make them at my place. Its very easy.
After cooking we can have lunch. It will be fun.
So let me now if you're interested. It wil be on a tuesday or wednesday.
