How to sign up for Sunday and Tuesday Fieldtrip?? 26+28. Sept.2010

Hi,
I need to sign up for Sept. 26 and Sept 28 Fieldtrip. I didn't get the sheet the last meeting and I may not be able to come to the Thursdaymeeting.
Can someone tell me a contact adress, or give the Fieldtrips-Lady my email..... it's simone@room368.com.
I would need the adress and time of the meetingpoint for Sunday.
If anyone can help, that would be great!!
