cookie recipe....corn flakes cookies

because a few people asked me the recipe of the cookies i brought today...here it is like i received it myself...

Cornflakes cookies recipe



Ingredients:

1) 400 grams butter ( i used blue bonet margarine
)
2) 200 grams sugar

3) 400 grams all purpose flour

4) 250 grams cornflakes

5) 2 eggs yolk

6) 1 tea spoon vanilla



Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Cream butter, sugar, egg and vanilla until light and fluffy.

Beat in flour until smooth and well combined

Add cornflakes.

Bake on grease cookie sheet for 20-25 minutes....( i would say for me 15 min is more than enough....i let you appreciate)



with these proportions i did approx 80 cookies....
